Job Title: Virtual Assistant – CRM Systems & SOP Setup (Go High Level Experience Required)

We’re a growing digital agency that helps contractors and construction-based businesses streamline their front office systems, book more jobs, and scale faster using our white labeled

Go High Level. Our clients are primarily in the roofing, land development, and construction trades.

We’re hiring a GHL-experienced Virtual Assistant to help us build out internal systems and organize SOPs before we launch to clients. You’ll be paid per task/project during the build phase, with the option to move into an hourly role + onboarding bonuses as we grow.

Why This Role Matters:

We’re building out our internal CRM, automations, and client systems. And we need help getting it done efficiently and correctly. Your job will be to help us get operational, and once we’re ready to take on clients, you’ll be first in line for a longer-term role as Project Manager.

Work Structure:

Your Responsibilities (Phase 1)

✔ Go High Level CRM Buildout

  • Set up pipelines, automations, tags, forms, surveys, calendars, workflows

  • Organize assets across multiple client types

  • Help test and QA workflow logic

✔ SOP Creation & Documentation

  • Organize internal processes and checklists into clean, usable SOPs

  • Take voice notes, rough outlines, or recordings and turn them into system docs

✔ Form/Survey + Funnel Edits

  • Assist with edits inside funnels, intake forms, surveys, and booking pages

  • Handle Zapier connections and logic when needed

Phase 2 Responsibilities (Once We're Client-Ready)

  • Build onboarding flows (email/text), intake forms, and follow-up sequences

  • Tag contacts, assign them to reps, and make sure every step is smooth

  • Bonuses paid per successful client onboarding based on setup fee

Ideal Skills:

  • 3+ years preferred, including team leadership or client-facing roles

  • Organized and self-directed, with great attention to detail

  • Clear communicator, can follow structured tasks without reminders
